Children’s and Young Adult

This is the author’s fourth book for children. A story whose protagonists are two “mothers”, their child Jura, a flock of Czech sheep and a herd of Bolivian llamas. Among these protagonists, a mesh of allegory unfolds with the objective of educating – it is a fictional intercession for “otherness”, for bringing up a child in a same-sex couple. If we neglect the non-artistic level (and the moralistic tone which accompanies it), we are faced with the narration of a story with a clearly modelled punchline, wit and elements of adventure, and, moreover, a great illustrative accompaniment by Dora Dutková.
