Every year, the Department of Arts and Libraries awards grants to support the translation of Czech literature abroad. There are two deadlines: on 15th May and 15th November.

The complete list of supported translations and the application form for 2017/2018 can be found here. There were 95 applications in this round, 90 of which were successful. The next deadline for translation grants from the Ministry of Culture is on 15th May, 2017 for books to be published in 2017.
