Masters thesis explores English translations of Czech authors
Even though Dana Soukupová’s masters thesis also covers the period preceding 1989 the main emphasis is placed on the subsequent years. In her research, she analyzed anthologies, translators, publishers and promotional activities.
Towards the end of her work, she included the complete correspondence between her and the personalities who had participated on her thesis. The academic work was created at the Masaryk University in Brno in 2008. You can view it here.
