Travelogue
A poetry reading tour through the east and midwest of the United States serves as a launching point for various dramatic situations and reflections connected to two culturally distinct – yet in some ways similar – continents as well as on the nature of the writer’s craft. Verses in Czech and English alternate with real and imagined dialogues, as well as a description of a Czech village in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Despite appearances the book is not a travelogue but a work of fiction.
