PEN Promotes will support author tours up to a maximum of £4,000. Funds will be allocated at the discretion of English PEN’s Writers in Translation Committee. As well as funding, English PEN can offer the following support to award-winning books:

1. Including (and helping to deliver) an author event in English PEN’s year-round events programme

2. Publishing extracts and interviews on the popular international literature blog PEN Atlas

3. Promoting author events to English PEN’s members and mailing list subscribers
